Inbound and outbound calls managed effectively
Campaigns offer generate a great deal of administration. With Trinicom’s Campaigns module you can manage campaign-related outbound calls effectively. Paper scripts and calling lists belong to the past, as do tallying the number of call attempts and the results. For both inbound and outbound calls, your agents stay within the same application. The software determines which agents are active in which campaigns, perhaps based on specific skill groups. When agents are active in multiple campaigns, Trinicom ensures that calls are offered in the right way and in the right sequence, taking account of agreed call-back appointments.
With Trinicom Campaigns you can:
- Define scripts easily;
- Compile calling lists from the Trinicom customer database or by importing a calling file;
- Produce scripts with text, open questions, single select questions and multiple select questions;
- Record the results within scripts;
- Retrieve the results on an XML basis and then process them in other systems.
